RRB Dance Company is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, including dancers, judges, volunteers, vendors, and audience members. Harassment, abuse, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

This commitment applies across all RRB Dance Company affiliated spaces, including:

• Partner competitions
• RRB hosted events
• After parties
• Online spaces, including social media platforms
• Interactions between teams, staff, judges, vendors, and volunteers

RRB Dance Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment, assault, intimidation, discrimination, or retaliation. All reported incidents are taken seriously and reviewed in accordance with company protocols, with appropriate action taken when necessary.
